1. Spaces & Capacities:
The following spaces are utilized for events and weddings.

a. 8th Floor Terrace N 300 people

b. 8th Floor Terrace S 150 people

c. Gymnasium 300 people

d. Workshop 150 people

e. Auditorium * 300 people

2. Hours of Operation:
Bok
has
NO
open
office
hours.
A
guest
may
not
enter
the
rented
premises
until
the
primary
event
activity
is
scheduled
to
begin.
Exact
hours of use will be established in the rental contract. Facility rental fees are based on a six (6) hour event, excluding arrival, set-up and breakdown times. Extensions must be requested and approved in advance by the venue coordinator and may result in additional charges.

 

 a. Venue Tours: Venue tour dates are predetermined by the venue coordinator. Upon inquiry the venue coordinator can provide an appointment schedule link for you to sign-up for a time to see the space. Unscheduled and last minute venue tours are NOT permitted.

b. Walk-Throughs: Your planner is responsible for coordinating a walk thru approximately three months prior to your event to include your caterer, planner, and any other necessary vendors.
